And what I love about this cookie recipe is that the ingredients are SO simple: whole wheat flour, unsalted butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla and a tiny bit of salt — that’s it!   The result is a crunchy, buttery and slightly sweet cookie that is perfectly festive when topped with fun, holiday sprinkles! Like many times before, the call went out and the residents of Chatham answered. I witnessed firsthand the selfless actions of our community doing what they do best, coming together in times of need. First responders come in all forms and this time, it was the members of the Chatham Community Forum who came running to help.
