The College Woman’s Club of Westfield awarded $58,000 in scholarships at its annual meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Echo Lake Country Club. Hosted by Summit Downtown (SDI), FNN was back and better than ever, with a carnival-themed kid zone transforming Beechwood Road and Bank Street.
Local neighbors and residents from nearby communities shared a fun-filled evening that featured an exciting lineup of activities and entertainment. As part of the attraction, all activities were free and included promotions and interactions from many of downtown Summit’s family-friendly businesses.

Summit’s senior class of 2024 celebrated graduation day from Summit High School in a ceremony held at Investors Bank Field at Tatlock Park.
The names of the graduates were called by Class Vice President Emily Griffith, Class President Emma Heimple and Class Secretary Maeve McTernan. The diplomas were presented by Principal Stacy Grimaldi, Superintendent of Schools Scott Hough, and Walidah Justice, president of the board of education.
