Thirty High School Seniors Named Commended Students in 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program

Westfield Public Schools is proud to announce that thirty seniors at Westfield High School have been named Commended Students in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program.

Commended Students are recognized for their exceptional academic promise demonstrated through outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. While they will not continue in the competition for National Merit Scholarships to be awarded in the spring of 2026, their achievement places them among the top 50,000 students nationwide who entered the 2026 program.
