VACNJ’s Summer Art Camp Exposes Children to the Wellness Benefits of Art-Making
Recent studies show that participating in art-making provides a variety of wellness benefits for the artist. This is especially true for children who, in addition to experiencing reduced levels of stress, also benefit from the boosted self-confidence and improved social and emotional well-being that comes along with creative expression.
