Lax Teams Cruise to Championships!

In early June, the Westfield girls’ lacrosse team claimed the North Jersey, Group 4 sectional title with an 8–5 win over Ridgewood High in June.

This marked their first North Group 4 crown since 2021, capped by standout postseason performances that propelled them into the Group 4 state championship, held a few days later.. 

Meanwhile, the Westfield boys’ squad edged past Bridgewater-Raritan, 8–7, last month, securing the North Jersey, Group 4 sectional championship.

They carried that momentum into the Group 4 state championship against Kingsway, emerging victorious to complete an impressive postseason sweep.
