The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Summit Regional Office is once again rallying behind a cause close to its heart: supporting the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing joy and memorable experiences to children undergoing cancer treatment.
The Summit office, which has consistently led its region in fundraising for the foundation, will host its Annual Ballroom Dance Theater Show on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at Dolan Hall at St. Elizabeth University in Morristown.
This year’s theme, “The Dance Machine Show,” will feature Pro-Am dancers of all ages and skill levels performing a wide range of styles, including waltz, foxtrot, salsa, swing, and hip hop. Each routine is choreographed and costumed, offering a lively, family-friendly production.
Karen Howells, Vice President and Sales Leader at the Summit office, leads the Sunshine Kids Committee, which includes Donna Vespa, Denise Maran, Denise Torsiello, Liz Parcells, Mike DelDuca, and Eva Lepkoski.
The event is made possible through a partnership with the Arthur Murray Dance Center of Cranford. Franchisee owners Danila and Nuria Kartashov donate 100 percent of the proceeds from ticket sales, the silent auction, and the ad journal to the Sunshine Kids Foundation.
Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased by contacting Karen Howells at 908-295-2020, the Arthur Murray Dance Center of Cranford at 908-272-7955, or by emailing Karen.Howells@foxroach.com.
Organizers are also seeking donations of silent auction items, donating tickets, and general contributions. Proceeds from the event will help the Sunshine Kids Foundation continue its mission of providing young cancer patients with opportunities for fun, friendship, and lasting memories.
