And new this year, adults can transition into the new year with Candlelight Mindfulness Yoga! Immerse yourself in the calming presence of nature as you practice yoga in the Arboretum’s serene setting. Led by yogi Suzanne Henry of Sanctuary Wellness Co., you’ll be guided through soothing practices designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and posture, while promoting relaxation, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to the present moment. Yoga is a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming the mind, and fostering overall well-being. The 6-week session will meet on the sunporch of historic Wisner House overlooking the Arboretum’s beautiful winter landscape. Classes will take place on Thursday evenings 6-7 pm beginning January 9. Sign up for one class or all 6!
