Performances will run from 5 to 8 p.m., with sets ranging from 15 minutes to an hour.<br \/>\nOrganizers are looking for approximately five to 10 solo performers or groups for each evening.<br \/>\n&#8220;This is our way to give local aspiring talent a chance to shine within our beautiful downtown,&#8221; organizers said.<br \/>\nThe program is intended to give students the experience of treating a performance as a professional gig, while organizers are also exploring ways to recognize participating musicians for their performances.<\/p>\n<p>With the school year approaching, organizers are seeking student musicians interested in participating.<\/p>\n<p>Students interested in performing can register at:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/SummitStreetSounds26-Fall-STUDENT-EDITION\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/SummitStreetSounds26-Fall-STUDENT-EDITION<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summit is putting out a call for local area young musicians this fall, with a new opportunity to take the stage in the heart of downtown.
