\nWhere\/why did you get your <\/em><\/strong>pet?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We got Drayko at our local Pet Supplies Plus store in Garwood.\u00a0At the time, he was a tiny little \u201cfit in the palm of your hand\u201d size pet. Only a couple inches long.\u00a0 It was a birthday gift for our youngest son Aiden who really wanted a bearded dragon.<\/p>\n

Anything special or unusual <\/em><\/strong>about your pet?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He is just a calm and super chill reptile, usually loves to just hang and loves to sit in the window in the sun.\u00a0 I can leave him on a pillow in the window for HOURS.\u00a0 He just sits there and falls asleep.\u00a0 I can leave the house and he just lies there like a statue.<\/p>\n

Any funny stories?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He used to love sitting on top of the power box from one of our TV plugs (because it was warm), so if he happened to be on the couch, he would scurry to the edge of the arm rest of the couch and would belly flop off onto the floor. You would hear a loud splat as he landed, then he\u2019d scurry off and situate himself under the cabinet\u00a0 to go sit on that box.\u00a0He would also sit there for hours. Just that process of him jumping off the couch with a destination in mind was funny to me!<\/p>\n

What do you like best about <\/em><\/strong>your pet?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He is very chill, doesn\u2019t bite, and just likes to hang on your shoulder. He is so easy and doesn\u2019t make a mess.\u00a0 He has gotten HUGE!<\/p>\n

How has the pet enriched your <\/em><\/strong>life?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He has just been a pet that brings joy to mostly me. Sometimes I wonder if the rest of my family realizes he is even\u00a0 there most of the time.\u00a0 I would have never guessed that I would someday own a bearded dragon.\u00a0 Pets, no matter what, are a big commitment. I have learned a lot about bearded dragons, and it gave me new insight to this type of pet ownership. And in the end, he has become MY pet! \u00a0 But seriously, isn\u2019t that how it usually goes?\u00a0Lol!<\/p>\n
